How to Use

1. Preparation is Key: For best results, use a pre-tan exfoliator like GNC's Get Buffed® Body Scrub the day before application to create a smooth, clean canvas. Avoid using deodorants, lotions, or antiperspirants.

2. Application: Shake the bottle well. Using the applicator mitt, spray or pour the liquid onto the mitt. Start from your ankles and work your way up to your neck in long, even strokes. Use lighter strokes around hairlines, knees, elbows, and ankles, as these areas tend to absorb more color.

3. Drying: Allow 5-10 minutes for the tan to dry completely before putting on loose, dark-colored clothing. Avoid sweating or getting wet.

4. Second Coat: For a darker tan, a second application can be applied 4-6 hours after the first. For bodybuilders, 3 applications are often recommended, usually started two days before the show.
