Non-Returnable Products
For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following products are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@91servings.in.
After verification of the submitted information, our team may arrange a reverse pickup where available. In locations where reverse pickup services are unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product back to us. Reasonable courier charges may be reimbursed upon approval and submission of valid shipping receipts.
Once the product is received and inspected by our quality team, the refund process will be initiated if the claim is found valid.
Reverse Pickup
We will attempt to arrange a reverse pickup service from your delivery address wherever such service is available.
If reverse pickup cannot be arranged due to service limitations, customers may be requested to return the product using a reliable courier service. Instructions for return shipment will be provided by our customer support team.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after:

Approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used during the purchase.
No refunds will be issued through cash, cheque, store credit, wallet transfers, or alternate accounts.
Refund Timeline
Once the returned product has been received and approved after inspection, the refund will be initiated within 7 business days.
The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, card issuer, or financial institution.
Exchange Policy
91 Servings currently does not offer product exchanges.
Customers eligible for resolution under this policy may receive a refund after successful verification of the claim.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers may contact our support team for assistance if they face any delivery-related concerns.
