We currently deliver products across India through trusted logistics and courier partners.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the serviceability of your postal code.

At present, we do not offer international shipping. However, we reserve the right to expand shipping services to additional countries and regions in the future.


2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful order placement and payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or non-business days will be processed on the next working business day.

In certain situations, order processing may require additional verification before dispatch.


3. Shipping Charges

91 Servings currently offers free shipping on eligible orders across India unless otherwise specified on the website, product page, promotional campaign, or checkout page.

We reserve the right to modify shipping charges, minimum order requirements, or promotional shipping offers at any time without prior notice.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment creation.

Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor delivery progress.


6. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at the time of placing an order.

91 Servings shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping expenses, or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

Requests for address modifications can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched.

  • Photographs of the package

Claims reported after the prescribed reporting period may not be eligible for review.


10. Lost Shipments

In the rare event that a shipment is confirmed lost during transit by the logistics partner, 91 Servings will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange either:

  • A replacement shipment; or

  • A refund in accordance with our applicable policies.

Resolution timelines may vary depending on the investigation conducted by the logistics provider.


11. Out-of-Stock Products

Although we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional stock discrepancies may occur.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may:

12. Split Shipments
