About C9 Nutrition Nitro Pro L-Glutamine Whey Protein
C9 Nutrition Nitro Pro L-Glutamine Whey Protein is a combination protein supplement designed for adults who want to support their daily protein intake alongside strength training and fitness activities. Its formula combines whey protein isolate (WPI), whey protein concentrate (WPC), L-glutamine and creatine monohydrate in a convenient powder format.
According to the manufacturer's published product information, each 40g serving provides 30g of protein, 6.4g of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), 4.8g of L-glutamine and 3,000mg of creatine monohydrate. The product is available in selected flavours in a 2kg pack.
Key Features
- 30g Protein Per Serving: Provides 30g of protein per 40g serving, according to the manufacturer's product information.
- Whey Protein Blend: Combines whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate.
- 6.4g BCAAs: The manufacturer lists 6.4g of branched-chain amino acids per serving.
- 4.8g L-Glutamine: Includes L-glutamine as part of the combination formula.
- 3,000mg Creatine Monohydrate: Includes creatine monohydrate in each stated serving.
- 2kg Pack: A larger-format protein powder for regular use.
- Flavour Options: Available in Belgium Chocolate, Café Mocha and Cookies & Cream, subject to stock availability.
Benefits of the Combined Formula
Protein provides amino acids that the body uses to build and maintain muscle tissue. Adequate protein intake, combined with resistance exercise, supports muscle maintenance and growth.
Creatine monohydrate is widely researched for its role in repeated high-intensity exercise and improvements in strength and exercise performance when used appropriately. This product combines creatine with a whey protein blend and L-glutamine in one supplement.
The combined formula may be convenient for people who prefer a single product containing multiple ingredients. Consider the amounts of each ingredient when planning your overall supplement routine.
How to Use
Mix one 40g serving with approximately 250–300ml of cold water or milk, following the preparation directions on the product packaging. Shake until thoroughly mixed.
Follow the manufacturer's recommended serving instructions. Because this formula contains creatine monohydrate, account for the creatine already provided by each serving if you use a separate creatine supplement.
Who Is It For?
- Adults who participate in resistance training or strength-focused exercise.
- Gym-goers looking for a convenient way to supplement their daily protein intake.
- Fitness enthusiasts who prefer a protein formula that also contains creatine and L-glutamine.
- People comparing combination protein supplements based on protein content, additional ingredients, flavour and pack size.
